Introducing an affordable power burner that incorporates a narrow footprint and an efficient design which boils water in half the time as other power burners on the market. At 15 3/4 inches wide, the Blaze Professional LUX Power Burner gives you more room for additional components or more counter space for prepping and other tasks. Blaze power burners are made from stainless steel and include a removable stainless steel lid to protect the burner when not in use. The cooking grid is constructed from heavy-duty stainless steel rods with a removable 9-inch inner ring for cooking with a wok. Underneath the grid, a stainless steel guard surrounds the burner, which protects it from the wind and concentrates heat for maximum efficiency. This natural gas power burner features two, individually controllable burner rings. The inner ring is rated for 25,000 BTUs, and the outer ring is rated for 35,000 BTUs. The burners are lit with a simple push and turn ignition. This dual ring design is ideal for cooking versatility. The inner burner is great for simmering sauces, or use both burners when boiling shrimp or frying fish. Cooking with the outer ring is perfect for large skillets and pans, as the high heat allows the pan to heat up quickly. The burner ring is made from commercial quality, 304 cast stainless steel for longevity. This power burner also sports red LED control knob illumination for cooking and entertaining at night. Blaze power burners have a lifetime warranty that warrants against any defects in the manufacturing and workmanship on the control valves, cooking grid, stainless steel housing, stainless steel burners, and all other stainless steel components. All electrical and ignition components are covered for one (1) year after the date of purchase.

So far this burner has exceeded my expectations. It's hot. Plenty hot to cook my fried rice in a way that makes Uncle Roger happy. In fact I don't run the outer burner on high with my 14" wok. For boiling stock pots it's also great. Haven't tried simmering anything but I expect it to do well there too as the flame goes pretty low. I've found it really easy to clean. The area under the burner is wide open to the drip tray and that's easy to clean. Only negative so far is that it's so hot the stainless grate, specifically the wok insert gets Glowing red hot on high. It's very thick metal so I expect it to last many years but know getting that hot is hard on metal.

We have a professional gas range top in our indoor kitchen. It has 18,000 BTU'S per burner so I had never woked anything with this much firepower. One word: WOW! We installed this in August of 2019 and I've used it a lot since then. It is by far the best way to cook with high heat. My kitchen stays clean and doesn't fill with smoke and the finish on your food is absolutely professional all the way. I have also used this burner to simmer marinara for many hours (on its lowest setting) so as not to heat up the house. If you're woking chicken, for example, your wok is very stable due to the wok ring and your stir fry is completely done in 4-6 minutes, depending on volume. Veggies take two minutes. No regrets and I recommend it to anyone who asks.

I purchased this and installed in outdoor kitchen in Sept 2018, has been an amazing purchase - truly a game changer for deep fried turkey, low country boil, fried chicken, you name it! Hightly recommended.

I just wanted to say that the side burner that I got is no good. I did a claim and I was sent replacement igniters, but I had to pay to have the igniters installed by a technician. That does not seem fair or right to me. The unit was new right out of the box and was not working. Any questions please ask me here and I will answer. Again, the burner was new, it was removed from the box in front of me, I watched the entire install, it was not damaged, no dents or dings. Beware if you make this purchase. Have it installed right away because the warranty clock is ticking.

I wanted that for better sear marks. That grill has red lights on the knobs so I got the professional side burner to match. Jeremy Schairer

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
