The Smokin Tex 1500-C Commercial Series Stainless Steel Electric Smoker is easy to use, just plug it in, put in the wood and food, shut the door, and set the temperature. Enjoy authentic old-fashioned pit barbecue and delicious natural wood smoked foods. Your food is slow cooked with exact temperature control from 100 to 250 degrees and will require no attention during cooking! This electric smoker features all stainless steel construction to survive the elements and double wall insulation to keep it cool to the touch. Controlled heat, combined with the no-draft cooking conditions produces a consistently moist and tender product. Two 700W heating elements give you the flexibility to use one or both depending on your load size. Smoker has eight shelf positions and includes five 18 x 18 inch shelves and one 18 x 18 seafood grill for a maximum capacity of approximately 80 lbs (40 lbs of St. Louis rib). Comes equipped with a stainless steel drip pan, four heavy duty caster wheels rated for the food industry, cookbook, and instructions. Electric smoker requires 1400W/12 amps/120V. ETL certified for commercial use. Smoker Dimensions (in inches): 21 W x 23 D x 41 H.

Perfect!

We recently started a brewery and bbq joint.I had a BBQ food truck for years.I needed a unit that didn't need its own chimney and could be put under a vent hood. This unit was the answer. Works great,a little small for the money but does its job perfectly.The only thing that needs improvement is the door seal,it has none so the door leaks heavily.Overall it's a pretty hood smoker you don't have to babysit.

The Best Smoker on the Market

I own a catering company and have been in the BBQ business for 12 years. I have owned every kind of smoker you can imagine, and this is the best. I installed 2 of these units when I had my new trailer built a year ago and will have a third installed this summer. The flavor is unbeatable, they are the most economical units I have ever used, only 6 to 8 ounces of wood per load. My customers rave about the flavor and quality of the meats that come out of these units. It does\'nt matter if its pork butts, prime rib, ribs, or fish the smoke flavor and quality of the product is unbeatable. My old pellet smokers are in my shop gathering dust! I highly recomend this product to all my friends, customers, and even my competition.

Hi Terry, these units do have a ventilation hole on the top of the unit that you could run a line of ducting of some kind to route the smoke to the exterior, but you'll still have to consider the smoke escape when opening the door. It would be most advisable to talk to a local contractor to ensure you can properly vent the unit.

Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight.
