Create the perfect wood-fired pizza using the Sunterra outdoor pizza oven. This 30-inch pizza oven is constructed of powder-coated steel and is fully lined and insulated to keep the heat inside for a perfectly baked pizza. Use your favorite wood, lump charcoal or charcoal briquettes as fuel and to infuse your pizza with a smoky flavor. Control the flames with the fire box damper and monitor the internal cooking temperature with the easy to read thermometer. The internal 19 x 22 inch fire box is removable for easy cleaning and the heavy duty storage shelf below is great for storing wood or tools. The cart features a glass viewing window, cool-to-the-touch handles and four heavy-duty wheels, including two locking wheels. This pizza oven comes as a complete package with a professional 21 x 23 inch pizza stone, pizza paddle and all weather cover.

Things To Love:
The oven is well insulated which helps keep heat inside for even baking. We also like the flexible fuel options, you can use hardwood, natural lump charcoal or charcoal briquettes for cooking. The firebox is directly below the cooking chamber, and there's a damper which helps control the amount of heat going into the cooking area. Another feature we like is the viewing window, which lets you check on your cooking progress without opening the door and allowing heat to escape.
The oven also comes with a package of accessories to help you get started. Sunterra includes a pizza stone, paddle and cover with every oven. We also like Sunterra's three year warranty. It's one of the longest warranties you'll find on a pizza oven.
Things To Consider:
While the oven is large enough for a 14-16 inch pizza, it can only cook one pizza at a time. This can slow things down if you're hosting a pizza party, and it will take more time to do the cooking. Being a wood-burning oven, Sunterra will produce authentic wood-fired flavor, but keep in mind getting the fire hot enough for cooking may take some time. Plan on allowing 30 minutes to an hour for preheating.
