The porcelain-enameled Weber Genesis Premium EP-330 features 3 stainless steel burners that produce 38,000 BTUs and a 10,000 BTU Sear Station, each with independent electronic ignition. The specially designed searing area allows you to sear like a professional for restaurant-quality steaks, without taking away traditional grill space. The Genesis Premium series propane gas grill comes fully equipped with 7mm stainless steel cooking grates and stainless steel Flavorizer bars to effectively hold and distribute heat evenly over the 507 square-inch main cooking grid. The warming rack provides an additional 130 square inches for a generous 637 square inches of total cooking area. Genesis grills come equipped with a porcelain-enameled grease tray with a catch pan to make clean-up as easy as possible. This Weber EP-330 also has a 12,000 BTU flush-mounted side burner that lets you multi-task while grilling by cooking side dishes and warming sauces right next to the grill. The crimson porcelain-enameled hood has a center-mounted thermometer to monitor cooking temperatures and painted cast-aluminum end caps. This Weber Genesis Premium grill has a painted steel frame and front-mounted control knobs to leave more room on the two stainless steel side shelves for prep space. The grill cart features painted steel doors, stainless steel handles, painted side and rear panels and four heavy-duty casters (2 locking and 2 swivel). The enclosed tank storage area keeps your propane tank out of sight and the precision fuel gauge lets you know exactly where you stand on fuel at all times. Six convenient built-in tool hooks keep your BBQ tools nearby. With top-notch engineering, you will quickly realize that Weber Genesis Premium grills are unlike any other! Please note this Weber grill cannot be converted to run on a different fuel type. Be careful when selecting the fuel type desired.

The Weber Genesis Premium Gas Grills are the upgraded version of the iconic Genesis model. We're proud to be able to offer Weber's Premium models, as they are not available through most retailers. Choosing Weber Genesis Premium means premium features, including their Stainless Steel Flavorizer Bars that are warranted for 5 years and their 7mm Stainless Steel Cooking Grates. Genesis Premium also means you get the added choices of Weber's two hottest colors- Smoke and Crimson.
The tried and true Weber Cooking System is great at providing even heat distribution and minimizing flare ups. Within the durable cast aluminum housing, are the triangular-shaped flavorizer bars that sit directly above the burners. They shield the burners by catching drippings and turning them to smoke, adding flavor to your food. Weber pioneered the Flavorizer bar in 1984, and since then they've proven to do their job extremely well, which is why they're still preventing flare-ups on all Weber gas grills today!
The Genesis Premium is powered by 3 stainless steel tube burners, which are backed by a 10 year warranty. Weber EP-330 grills have a 10,000 BTU Sear Station for that extra high heat when you need it. The EP-330 also has a 12,000 BTU built-in side burner on the cart which comes in handy if you need to warm up a side dish or a sauce. Additionally, when the side burner's lid is shut, it sits flush against its surface, which adds even more shelving space to the grill cart.
With over 50 years in business, Weber customer service is as good as it gets. They have a 10 year warranty on the grill body and on the burners. They have reputable service and quickly handle any service or replacement part situations.
Things To Consider:
The Weber Genesis does not score well for high heat due to a low maximum BTU output. The 330 model includes a sear station that provides more heat, but they're still not as hot as higher BTU grills available in the same class.
