The Mist Works portable misting fan is the easy choice for staying cool while camping, tailgating or out at sporting events. The Sports Mist portable misting fan has an 18-inch diameter blade and comes in both mid-pressure (160-200 psi) and high-pressure (700-900 PSI). By using a misting pump, the Sports Mist produces an ultra fine mist that reduces temperatures up to 20-30 degrees without you and your guests getting wet. Designed for maximum air flow and either a three speed or variable speed fan to choose from, these high efficiency fans not only cools, but also operate relatively quietly. The SPM18 has epoxy coating to prevent rusting, and the blade is made from industrial grade aluminum for durability. The motors are totally sealed to prevent rain or moisture from entering the motor. The fan can be used with or without the mist, by using the three-way toggle switch on the base. The scratch resistant 40 gallon tank, when empty, also serves as a hard protective storage case for the fan head. To setup, just fill up the tank or connect directly to a garden hose, drop the pump line in through the lid, plug in the unit and you are ready to enjoy a cool breeze for up to 20 hours on a full tank.
