Make cleanup easy with the BBQGuys Signature Ash Vacuum. This 120v ash vacuum is perfect for removing the ash from your charcoal grill, kamado grill, pellet grill, or wood-burning oven. The vacuum features a 1 meter flexible hose for easily getting into tight nooks and crannies. The power cable is 2 1/5 meters long, so you have plenty slack to move the vacuum as needed. When not in use, the power cable can be wrapped around the handle, and the hose can be docked on either of 2 ports on the lid. The lid stays securely in place by 2 locking hinges. Opening the lid reveals a filter to protect the integrated fans and motor from debris. The overall capacity of this ash vacuum is approximately 15 liters or 4 gallons.

Great vacuum

I am raising my rating to a 2.5. I have used this vacuum to clean out my small outdoor fireplace several times. I burn oak in it and this vacuum does okay with this job as the ash is almost all burned with no bigger pieces. I still have to stop, turn it off and shake it around, tapping it lightly on the patio to unclog the filter a couple times during the cleaning. This way I can do one cleaning without dumping and cleaning the filter. It does work okay for quick little cleanups around the garage. Anything more than that I use my big shop vac.

This vac does not hold its charge and does not have enough power to pick up. I thought this would be great for my big green egg for ashes as it was advertised, but a year later, I am ready to just put it in the trash can. The battery is shot and I try to charge it but won't hold a charge. I would not

Same experience as other reviewer. Had to empty & clean filter 3 times before I finished cleaning out my XL. Took about 20 minutes total time. I'll go back to manual cleaning which takes about 5 minutes. I'll try using the vacuum around the garage on small cleanups. It should be okay for that but not for ashes.

After using the vacuum for a few minutes the suction was poor so emptied the ash and cleaned the unit. It had only vacuumed up about 1-2 inches of ash. Gave it a second go and again quickly lost suction after a few minutes then just stopped. Again it only vacuumed up a inch of ash and was very warm. Hope to get a refund.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
