 | Great Quality Pellet GrillI love the design of this grill, both inside and out. It seems very cleverly designed to manage grease and ash. The parts that make up the heat diffusing system are top notch quality. Overall very sturdy and strong design. It's very easy to refill the pellets. Heats up quickly and you can see the progress from the mobile app. It can heat up to 600F, but I've only used it at 550F yet. It was able to quickly recover the heat after I opened the lid couple of times. Taste was immediately better than the gas grill I had been using. | The best pellet grillThe best grill I've ever owned! Simply turn a knob to your desired temp and this stays at the set temp throughout the entire cook. You can track the temps of your food and the grill using your phone through the bluetooth connection. Grilling has never been easier and the smoke flavor is so good! | Grill of All GrillsI want to start buy saying this Grill was built to LAST. This thing is SOLID. The grill itself is made for the long haul. All of the materials are very heavy and sturdy. Now, Assembling the grill took some focus; however, Weber has teamed up with the "Bilt" App making the whole process pretty seamless. The grill itself is beautiful and big. When I say the options are endless in thing thing, they really are. It's a smoker, a grill, it can be a rotisserie! While the options are vast, we just simply started out just using it as a grill. The nice thing with this grill is that Weber has made it so simple to pair it with the Weber App. Through the Weber app you are able to pair with your grill via Bluetooth and from there you are able to set the temperature, track the temp, set timers, shut it down, as well as other things. Honestly, I was pretty confident in our grilling skills before, but this grill has opened our eyes to so many more possibilities! This grill can be connected with the Weber Connect app, which is a well designed, fast, and super cool app. The app contains many recipes (including Smart Recipes) that spark cooking creativity and makes using the grill a breeze. | Searwood XL 600Did the burn in, biscuit test, 0-400 wings on the first day. Everything went great, easy to set up, pair & hookup to wi-fi. I checked the temperature of the pit with 6 ambient probes and the grill was accurate. I ran a biscuit test for 45 minutes at 275 degrees, it was very even. The far right and far left (3 inches) ran just a few degrees hotter, the entire grate is useable for cooking even though out. I like the new system for cleaning, it was easy. | Off to a Bad Start:Fired up grill for " Burn in " Everything perfect. Clean out grill and fire up some Kebobs... CODE E10 Ugh! As food was in grill for cooking. Unplugged plugged in and finished. turn of grill CODE E10 Again... Not sure whats going on, however did everything as stated online... We shall see next time.
