Grill is awesome! Honestly haven't stopped using yet. Build quality is key and it was nailed. I highly recommend this grill.
Absolutely love this portable pellet grill. Thank you HALO for solving the need to be tied to a cord where ever I go by adding the battery. But this unit has tons of features. Great big space for large smoked meat items like large pork butts and even did a 12lb turkey for Thanksgiving. Big hopper capacity allows me to cook for long times. Really enjoy this pellet grill!
The first time I used this product I was tailgating at Neyland Stadium in Knoxville, TN. I was on battery power and it worked like a charm. I had many people come by and they thought this was a great product as well. I had it loaded with chicken legs for the game and they turned out great. The product worked as it should. It got up to temp quickly and maintained the heat to perfection. After the game was over, the traffic was horrible, so I fired it back up and cooked hotdogs and handed them out to people as they were stuck in traffic.

We have been using the Prime 300 pellet grill for several months now and we absolutely love it. It's a great size portable smoker for travelers. The battery power feature is awesome — especially when you camp at places with no electricity. Everything we smoked on the Prime 300 so far was excellent. Don't think twice before you get yours.

I can tell you right now this was the best money I've spent in a while. I have had this smoker for a good amount of time now. First. I love how portable it is. I live in a 3rd story apartment, it's a little awkward at first but if you know where to grab it. I'm 165 skinny guy and I can haul that thing up and down no problem. I use it a lot for camping, I use it a lot for my home. When you're at hunting camp, this thing is king. Recommend having 2 batteries. Right now I only have one. Also wish I bought a charger with it. For all the ladies at camp. When you have glorious cinnamon rolls ready in the morning. You won't regret it. Thank you halo for his fine pellet smoker.

I just bought the grill today and it is one of the best grills I have ever had works great. The food I cooked tasted great and juicy
The perfect size smoker. Portable and easy to use. So our kids are finally out of the house. I dont need a gigantic smoker to fix dinner or smoke a brisket anymore. The Prime is great for everything we want to smoke and you I can still do a surprising amount food in the smaller space. The game changer is the battery, I'm not tethered to the back yard or have to be close to an outlet. I turn it on and by the time I go into the house and get whatever I'm smoking or grilling ready the Prime is up to temp and ready to go. With the cart I can roll it anywhere around the house. Portability wise if your wanting to do something special tailgating or at the park. All you have to do is put the Prime in the trunk and take it where you want to go. Bag of pellets and your cooler, your ready to go. Don't have to have a fire pit or an electrical outlet.

There are quite a few portable grills in the market these days. But this one stands alone. The other portable grills all have a couple issues in my opinion. They either require the need for a wall outlet or generator, or they run on charcoal and need to be babysat while you use them. For someone like me who has a family and a tight budget, this grill was a game changer. My family loves to be on the move and get out of the house and this enables us to do that with ease and without having to purchase a generator which can run as much or more than this grill costs by itself. If you are someone like me with limited time and wants to be able to not only grill but enjoy your time with your family at the same time, then I believe this is the right grill for you. It's made sturdy and is just overall amazing quality.

Historically, I've had reliability issues with various other pellet smokers. Not the Prime 300. It does what it says it does…consistently. High heat, low and slow, it's been getting the job done for me when I don't have the time to babysit a fire all day. Throw in the portability aspect and you've got a legit tool to create great food and memories with family and friends.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).
- We'll specify which process you can expect in your shipping confirmation email.
For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
