Pros:
- It’s quick to heat up and reaches high searing temperatures without sacrificing space for a sear box.
- The handle has ridges making it easy to grab and helping it stay cool to the touch, minimizing hand burns if the grill is left in the sun.
- It’s simple to use and grills like a dream.
Cons:
- Wheels do not come standard, so be mindful of that when ordering and planning to transport your grill to your backyard.
- Cord placement inside the grill makes it difficult to attach the power cord since there is no hole in the back panel to allow for this.
The Skinny:
- These grills are completely manufactured in North America, never overseas, in the US and Canada.
- You can feel the quality in how heavy the construction and materials are.
- High temperatures of up to 700°F can be achieved in as little as 20 minutes.

Quality
This is a grill that is built tough and designed to last with superior materials and construction.

You can feel how solid all the elements of this grill are and the quality of the design. It feels heavy and it’s built like a tank. One thing that’s not heavy though is the lid. It’s surprisingly light, easy to lift, and the handles have ridges which help it stay cool when sitting out in the hot sun.
The pilot switch makes the burners a breeze to light. Just turn it on to ignite all burners at once, adjust them to your desired temperatures and you’re set. There’s no need to turn on each burner individually.
The cooking grates are notched to allow for easy removal, making cleaning your grates and your grill’s interior so much easier. With the grates removed you can access the flame tamers and burners for cleaning as well.
Performance
Not only does the Crown Verity have the space to cook anything you want, but it reaches searing-high temperatures.

Talk about heat. If you want a grill that gets seriously hot, this is the one for you. During the first burn-in temperatures were close to 700°F within the first 20 minutes. This means that you can sear a steak right on the grill without a separate sear box. Trust me, this grill can handle it. It’s also impressive that the burners are so responsive. It feels like cooking on an indoor gas range because when you turn down the heat, it cools quickly, giving you more control over the food.
The Infinite series features 3-7 burners depending on the size of your grill, which all light simultaneously with the pilot light. Each burner puts out 14,750 BTUs for an impressive total no matter which model you choose. Constructed of sleek and durable 304 stainless steel, this grill is built to last a lifetime and look good in any outdoor kitchen.
Features
Powerful and built to last, the Crown Verity also comes with a suite of features that make it stand out among its competitors.
The pilot switch for one is uncommon and controls the ignition for all burners at the same time. Each burner is independently controlled, giving you the flexibility to create multiple heat zones so you can cook different foods at different temperatures. The grilling surface features one of the highest, if not the highest BTUs I’ve seen in a gas grill without an included sear box to get you cooking hot and fast.

The warming rack is also above average. It’s large enough to hold corn, potatoes, or even meat when removing from a direct flame. It’s great for keeping assembled burgers or sandwiches on as well.
Finally, in the freestanding models, there is a convenient tray for the propane tank underneath and shelves on the side for all your grilling tools.
