Everyone loves this classic cocktail, but sometimes drinks need a refreshing kick to combat the summer heat. For this reason, we’ve decided to add blackberries to the mix. - 1 handful fresh blackberries
- Juice of ½ lime
- 1 ½ oz vodka
- Ginger beer
- 1 splash of simple syrup

- 1 lime wedge
- 1 mint sprig
- 2 blackberries
