Three (3) year warranty on the furniture and the powder coat finish. Polyester fabric cushions are warranted for one year (this excludes fading damages from chemicals or neglect). This warranty does not cover commercial use.

I love this 7 piece set we use in our backyard under our gazebo . It is heavy duty/ high quality and I love the cushions as well, they are perfect thickness and not scratchy material.

This is a really nice set, we are liking it more every day. The pieces don't feel heavy but they seem solid. The tables need some assembly. The color is kind of a light brown, it looks good. The cushions are comfortable.

I was actually shocked at how happy we were with the new furniture. I thought that since they were such a deal there would be something wrong with them. Nope! They look great, are comfortable, and easy to put together. We are thinking of adding some more pieces from this set now.

Good design and quality. [...] Only the tables require slight assembly. Only one small complaint - the cushions are slightly oversized and buckle a little when strapped into place.

Prior to purchasing, I was told by BBQ Guys that this was solid cast and not hollow aluminum. When it arrived I was surprised to find it is lightweight hollow aluminum as evidenced by the weight and the holes drilled into the pieces to account for drainage/expansion (there are 24 holes in the chair alone)! Only the tables are solid cast. They do seem to be durable and well manufactured, but if you are expecting true solid cast, you will be disappointed.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
