Warranty
Weber Q gas grills are covered by a limited manufacturer warranty against defects in material & workmanship. The aluminum castings, lid assembly and stainless steel burners are warrantied for a period of five (5) years (two years on paint excluding fading or discoloration). The stainless steel burners, plastic components and porcelain-enamel cast iron cooking grates are warrantied for (5) years. All other remaining parts are warrantied for two (2) years. Labor not included.

I had a serious issue with a grill fire coming from the exact model I just purchased. Weber said they would either send parts to replace the burned grill or a refund check. I have not got the check and did not want to rebuild the original grill. I very much like the grill I just want them to follow through on their resolution. I own 6 Weber grills and I am a loyal customer. The fire was serious and I needed to use a full size fire extinguisher to put it out

I bought the Q1200 gas grill for my apartment balcony. It is just the right size and can easily handle steaks for four people. Had a slight problem fitting the first canister - but persevered with the instruction booklet and can now see where I was going wrong!

After a ton of research and considering a strong recommendation from our son we bought this Q. Out of the box we were impressed with the quality of materials and design. Most of our grilling is for the 2 of us so the size is more than adequate. It has a high dome if that's necessary and has an enameled grill. It comes up to full temperature quickly. We've only used it a few times but we're impressed. It folds closed easily and stores in the garage. A year down the road I may have more info, but so far this grill is a winner. Should the need arise it is uber portable and will run off a small bottle or using a large tank with an adapter hose while at home.

I love my new 1200 for its a great grill for the table top bbq'er and its compact too! Easy to travel with and a breeze to set up. Heck, you don't even need a table, really 😂. I have only had my 1200 for a month and I am not the only member of our family with a 1200! I am very happy with the way it cooks and , as you do lose a bit of heat if you stockpile 10 chicken thighs at once 😂. Trying a couple less next time!!!

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
