Warranty
Blaze side burners have a lifetime warranty that warrants against any defects in the manufacturing and workmanship on the control valves, cooking grid, stainless steel housing, stainless steel burner and all other stainless steel components. The control valves are warrantied for fifteen (15) years while electrical and ignition components are covered for one (1) year after the date of purchase.

Great product especially for the price! The bottom line is I have not experienced a company with the level of customer service that BBQ guys give you. If you going to make your decision based on price and company I would highly highly recommend going with BBQ guys!

We purchased the appliances ahead of time and didn't get to unbox this item until about a month after receiving it. Noticed some damage on the item (dents on two corner,s the entire assembly was bend lengthwise). I contact BBQGuys customer service and they overnight shipped a new unit - really outstanding customer service. We installed the replacement, looks great, works great.

I purchased this thinking it would be great for my wife to fry her fish outside in the outdoor space we created. I was wrong. The lifted grate on this keeps the flame far away from your cooking pot or pan, which makes it take a very long time to heat up. Very bad design and there is no way to adjust the flame either.

The ignition does not work all the time. I am attaching a video where it works on the fifth attempt. It is only two months. Not the reliability you want when you spend on a so called premium brand. Disappointed.

This is not a burner to saute or fry. Get the power burner for that. Blaze rep confirmed this is meant to warm sauces. Having mine replaced with power burner.

I bought this side burner along with an entire outdoor kitchen-griddle, grill, sink and cabinets. Unfortunately this side burner was a huge disappointment. I tried to boil water with it and waited over 30 minutes and it never got hot enough to boil. I emailed back and forth with the technical team at BBQ Guys, sent pictures and videos. They confirmed that the burner is working correctly, but that it does not generate enough heat to cook. Disappointed, I decided to see if I could get water to boil if I kept it on longer. After an hour and 45 minutes, I gave up. I had grand visions of large pasta dinners, crab legs, low country boils etc. but unfortunately those are only pipe dreams with this inadequate side burner. Save your money.

Hi, Chip. The ignition does not require power (neither plug-in nor battery) though the lights will need an outlet to turn on.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
