Coyote Outdoor warrants that each product will be free from defects in workmanship and materials on the stainless steel frame/housing and stainless steel burners for the lifetime of the original purchaser. They also warrant the cooking grids for five (5) years, the flavorizer bars and electric/plastic components for two (2) years, and the ignition systems/valves for one (1) year. Labor not included.

Grill is what I wanted but came with broken wire on the power pack. Contacted BBQ Guys got E-Mail asking for pictures of broken wire. Sent pictures and now has been over10 days and no word. Should be simple fix but no I have to wait. Even purchased the protection plan and stil no word. Service lacks credibilty

Have had this grill for about a year. We love it and use it year round (NJ). Cooks evenly, the flavorizers prevent flare ups and it has all the features of higher end grills. Everything we could ever ask for in a grill and we are very happy with our purchase. BBQ guys is also a great company and responsive to all our questions.

Had this installed 4 months ago and have had a great experience so far. This grill is really underrated. Has an infrared sear burner on the left side, and regular burners on middle and right. the ceramic briquette things really do work like coals in terms of smoking up the drippings and imparting flavor. heats up fast and gets very hot. Also, a feature i think is very understated which is a flat top insert where you can cook vegetables, etc. - you just lift out one section of grill grates and drop the flat top in. The flat top has its own little grease-collector which is so easy to clean out once you just let things cool off. This grill is alot less expensive than some of the other stuff out there but it is a fantastic product. nothing about it feels cheap. it has a fantastic lighting system as well so cooking at night is easy. i looked at dozens of grills on this website before picking this brand and again having a fantastic experience with it.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
