Create an inviting atmosphere in your outdoor space with the Corten Steel Unity fire pit from Top Fires by The Outdoor Plus. Corten Steel, also known as weathering steel, gives your outdoor space a rustic feel. This striking material develops a surface layer of rust that protects it from further deterioration and eliminates the need for painting. However, weathering steel is not ideal for locations with salt laden air, high rainfall, humidity, or persistent fog as these conditions will prevent the steel from forming the protective layer. The 304 stainless steel burner produces 65,000 BTUs of heat and glimmering flames. Lava rock is included with this fire bowl. If substituting for fire glass, 50 pounds is recommended. This unit includes an electronic ignition system that will relight your fire bowl if wind blows it out. The electronic ignition can be wired by your local electrician to be controlled by a light switch, pool controller (with available relay), or home automation system.

Warranty
The Outdoor Plus warrants their fire pits against manufacturing defects that prevent safe and correct function in residential application for one (1) year for electronics, gas valves, and pilot assembly. Stainless steel pans, fire rings, and valve boxes are covered in residential application for three (3) years. For commercial application, electronics, gas valves, and pilot assemblies are warrantied for six (6) months, while stainless steel pans, fire rings, and valve boxes are covered for one (1) year. Must be installed by a local licensed Plumber or Gas Company Agent.

I love this fire pit. It was purchased for a client and they love it too. Didn't have the best experience with BBQ guys, so it would serve you well to be on top of your order and delivery. I had to call the manufacturer directly to get straight answers.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
