Warranty
All fabricated stainless steel components are warrantied to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use for the lifetime of the product. The stainless steel cooking grates, briquette tray, charcoal tray, indirect/vaporizer plate, burner pot and drip pans are warrantied to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of five (5) years. All other grill components are warrantied to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the original date of purchase. For one (1) year from the date of original purchase your Twin Eagles grill warranty covers all parts and labor to repair or replace any part that proves to be defective in materials or workmanship. When used in a multi-user setting (bed and breakfast inn and private clubs), Twin Eagles warrants this grill to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of ninety (90) days from the original date of purchase. This multi-user warranty excludes restaurants and settings where grill usage is primarily commercial.

My first six months with the Twin Eagles pellet grill were challenging, to say the least. The unit malfunctioned right off the bat and eventually was replaced by the company after various glitches and frustrations. Fast forward to today and I can finally say this thing is freaking awesome and was worth all of the considerable trouble and headaches it put me through. The Twin Eagles Pellet Grill does everything I throw at it and does it all well, from smoking ribs low-and-slow (set it to 180 degrees for two hours and you'll get plenty of smoke) to cooking Neapolitan pizzas on a stone at 725 degrees (not quite as good as a pizza oven, but it gets the job done). Recently I used the rotisserie to oast a whole brined chicken over live charcoal with a wood chunk thrown in for smoke; the finished product was beyond amazing. The charcoal tray is not a gimmick! On weekdays, the sear plate over a raging pellet fire is great for quick hot-and-fast grilled dinners. The versatility sets my mind ablaze with ideas on how to use the multiple configurations. Yes, it's crazy expensive and yes, maybe I'm a little crazy -- but if you really want the best of the best and have the cake to drop on it, I'm betting you'll fall in love like I did.

I have had my Twin Eagles Pellet grill for a year and a half now and have become very happy with it despite the steep price tag which made me hesitant to purchase. I read the reviews and realized that most of the people that review a product are the unhappy ones or the ones with buyer's remorse for one reason or another and the happy customers rarely take the time to pat a company on the back and for this reason I bought it. Whatever I ask this grill to do it does it. They mention cold weather but I have never had that problem. I keep it cleaned out as it says in the manual and have never had it not start. It's not a smoker nor did I ever think it was so I did not ask it to do what my other smokers do well. The wifi works well but you need to focus your router toward where you have your grill or have a repeater if it is more than 50 feet away. It could be a greater distance for other routers..... The grill cart is awesome and I love the pellet drawer............very useful and stores about 40 pounds of pellets which never get wet even without a vinyl cover. The rotis is great but I don't have a use for the meat hooks yet. A pizza stone accessory would be wonderful so I don't have to buy a dedicated pizza oven.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
