I'm sure the grill will be great friends of ours have one and love it. However, was disappointed that the igniter would not work usually they last a little longer than that! Followed instructions was not that.

Yup it took a while to put the grill together. I did have to drill a few holes because the factory had them in the wrong spot and one hole wasn't punched clear. It's a pretty heavy unit but that's what the wheels are for. I can't wait to put it to the test! I love our big Blackstone flat top and this will be great for camping and on the go.

Love My Blackstone Griddle Grill BBQ!! My Wife Loves that I Love it too bc that means no cooking for Her, LOL I do Wish it had a 2nd Level Rack on the Grill side, just to keep these warm.... Only one issue tho, the igniter already doesn't work after 2 months of Owning it.... I threw out My last BBQ after 10+ yrs of Heavy use & the igniter still was working.... Still Love My Blackstone tho.... 🍺😎👍👍🔥

Happy with product so far the assembly went terribly because the shock absorber was faulty so still waiting for replacement! But I am still impressed with product quality excited to try it!

I bought this grill for the added benefit of both worlds. My kids and family have truly enjoyed it. Box was bulky but everything was intact! It had been a conversation starter between guests too!

Holes didn't line up on the grill side. Had to drill them out larger in order to get the grill to sit down flat

I noticed on the inside a screw is halfway in and they had it stripped. The other side is missing a screw. And when you open and close the right lid, it's rubbing on something and I don't know how to correct it.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
