Mont Alpi 11 Ft Propane Outdoor Kitchen Island w/ Side Burner, Beverage Center & Fridge - MAi805-DBEVFC

First off, great customer service/sales by the BBQ Guys! Very courteous and professional. Would recommend them to anyone! When we received the island and unpacked it, one of the units was severely damaged. Interestingly, the packing box was intact. Not sure if it was oversight to pack a damaged item. Another issue is that, although the units come pre-assembled, you need to bolt them together. The instructions are absolutely useless. I have parts that I have no idea how to use. There are absolutely no videos online showing how to put the units together. The BBQ Guys do not provide any product support and send you to Mont Alpi. Overall we are OK with this outcome because we got decent value, but the island is not cheap and you expect a bit more handholding.

I bought this product because it seems like a good price for a complete outdoor kitchen. It was much better than expected. Everything came packaged beautifully and in a very safe way once we got the pieces to the location where we were going to use it, it was straightforward to Hook Up. My only complaint is that I would prefer to be able to select one with natural gas as opposed to propane as the plumbing work was a lot but we hired a licensed professional to handle it. The grill cooks beautifully. The fridge does well in both warmer and cold climates. covers very nice except that I have to replace one side because of a little mishap. I think this is a great buy. it is beautifully constructed and strong. Keep in mind, It is extremely heavy and it is much better to have a three or four person lift - we hired in professional movers to help us with it.

BBQ Guys was great to work with. The product came packaged well but had one piece that came bent and they submitted claim right away and was able to receive new piece within 4-6 weeks. Yes, it sucked to wait but at least they stood by their product and sent a new one. Overall, very happy with purchase. Always cover when not using to protect granite from stains.

The delivery was quick. The whole setup was delivered damaged. The whole return process was a pain b/c they shipped it on these homemade pallets that you can't put back together upon inspection. BBQ guys expect you as a customer to put it all together. Never buying from this place again. I was asked if I wanted replacement parts (as in the grill pieces or countertop pieces, my question to them was, who is doing the replacement stuff? my contractor wouldn't be doing it for free?) They should be embarrassed selling such a cheap product.

Sales team ( Sam ) was great , said it was ready to ship and even though I had a cheaper price for a July 1st shipping , time was important so I decided to buy with bbq guys. I was talking to the sales person , what could go wrong ? Well - bought it yesterday and excited to even see a shipped email ( it was just an accessories ) and today I got the news "you have great taste BUT Sorry it's back ordered to end of July" Ok - why do you say it is in stock when you are drop shipping from the manufacturer? Why does your sales team says it is in stock when … it's not ?? You need to call monti Alpi and ask them at least before saying , because ../ you drop ship , you don't have stock. Thanks bbq guys. Ruining summers one customer at q time: and no , I am not looking for discount, and I would pay extra to have expedited .

Fridge just stopped cooling after 5 months. was great until then. excellent fit look and feel but stopped performing what it was supposed to. reaching out to BBQ guys support and waiting to hear back and will update post, and hopefully move the score up - but it is frustrating the fridge failed. sor far rest of the island and the apparatus are working well. would also share that teh screws supporting the top of the infra red side burner came loose and need to be tighterned periodically and 1 bolt of the 2 on the main handle also came loose

I ordered this grill from bbqguys a few months ago. I am really impressed. When the grill arrived, it was packaged thoughtfully and there was no damage. It was easy to unload, and easy to install (assembly/attachment of just a few big island pieces). We did the propane to natural gas conversion using the manufacturer's instructions and the youtube video, and it was fairly straightforward even for someone who is not super handy with tools. Be sure to call Mont Alpi directly for the propane conversion kit (hoses, regulator) if you do this. The grill itself is very well designed and constructed, the materials and finishes are all high quality. It is beautiful. This grill is well worth the money. Both BBQ guys and Mont Alpi had great customer service throughout and answered questions quickly and completely.
