Minka-Aire warrants to the original owner that this fan will be free from defects in material and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase, excluding the motor. Minka-Aire warrants to the original owner that the motor in this fan shall be free from defects in This is a limited warranty. Minka-Aire only obligation under this limited warranty is to replace or repair, or refund the purchase price, in Minka-Aire sole discretion without charge to the original owner, of the fan once Minka-Aire confirms that the fan has a defect covered by this limited warranty. Labor not included.

Our deck was too hot in the heat of the summer with minimal breeze blowing through the covered area. This fan has made it pleasant to sit out there and relax as it kept the air moving.

The fan is extremely weak. The blades move slowly even when it's on the fastest setting and barely noticeable air movement even when standing directly under the fan. Don't wast your money. Shame on you Mika-aire for producing such a weak and expensive product. This fan is worthless. The only thing extreme about it is the price. Stay away. Buy anything except this one.

I installed this fan in our outddor lanai, completely under roof and in less than 6 months after installation, it was rusting. I do not recomment for outdoor lanai use.

Nice, attractive, remote controlled fan that functions well but moves very little air. Could sense little air movement, even on maximum speed.

They are beautiful and big fans, but do not move as much air as they should. At level 6, you only feel the movement if you're right under it sadly. I bought 12 of these to be installed in my 4 gyms and sadly I am underwhelmed.

Produces no air very disappointed. We put 6 in open shop and 2 more in 4 the bay all 8 on high and you can't feel any air moving. Build said nothing they can do because we installed and manufacturer said they wouldn't do anything because the fans were spinning so that meant they were working. Now we're buying a different fan from someone else where 1 fan will outproduce all of them.

This fan lasted about 1.5 years in a covered/screened porch with an insulated roof Started making a grinding noise Was told it was a receiver - which made no sense - and Minka wouldn't cover under the warranty Even though it was still under warranty It's not the receiver - now it's grinding and squeaking and it won't go over the 2nd speed adjustment Junk

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
