Each module comes with the cutouts already installed for the appliances and doors / drawers. Simply stand the panels up and bolt together, and you are ready to apply your choice of finish materials. Cement board tops included, and will require trimming to the perfect fit at the time of countertop installation. Cement board is not required when using solid surface countertops. Signature modules are specifically designed and engineered to withstand even the harshest of elements with minimal maintenance required. This 24-inch Outdoor Kitchen Module includes a Blaze Premium LTE natural gas power burner and a single access door.
The Blaze Premium LTE natural gas power burner gives you more room for additional components or more counter space for prepping and other tasks. Blaze power burners are made from stainless steel and include a removable stainless steel lid to protect the burner when not in use. The cooking grid is constructed from heavy-duty stainless steel rods with a removable 9-inch inner ring for cooking with a wok. Underneath the grid, a stainless steel guard surrounds the burner, which protects it from the wind and concentrates heat for maximum efficiency. This natural gas power burner features two, individually controllable burner rings. The inner ring is rated for 25,000 BTUs, and the outer ring is rated for 35,000 BTUs. The burners are lit with a simple push and turn ignition. This dual ring design is ideal for cooking versatility. The inner burner is great for simmering sauces, or use both burners when boiling shrimp or frying fish. Cooking with the outer ring is perfect for large skillets and pans, as the high heat allows the pan to heat up quickly. The burner ring is made from commercial quality, 304 cast stainless steel for longevity. This power burner also sports red LED control knob illumination for cooking and entertaining at night. A power transformer is included for the lights.
The Blaze single access door features commercial grade 304 stainless steel construction to withstand outdoor elements and a unique completely rounded bevel design that enhances strength and durability. The door can be mounted with a left or right hinge configuration. This quality outdoor kitchen access door is double-lined and accented with a straight handle. It features soft close hinges to prevent slamming shut. Blaze access doors are the perfect storage solution for any outdoor kitchen! Door Opening Dimensions (In Inches): 20 H X 11 3/4 W.

BBQGuys Signature Ready for Finish Outdoor Kitchen Modules
BBQGuys Signature provides and limited ten (10) year residential warranty against defects in manufacturing and workmanship on the galvanized steel framing of the Outdoor Kitchen Module. Labor is not included.

Blaze Outdoor Kitchen Equipment
Blaze gas grills and side burners have a lifetime warranty against and defects in the manufacturing and workmanship on the control valves, cooking grids, stainless steel housing, stainless steel burners, flame tamers, heat zone separators, and all other stainless steel components. Side burner control valves are warrantied for fifteen (15) years. All electrical and ignition components are covered for one (1) year after the date of purchase. Grills must be registered within thirty (30) days for the warranty to apply.
Blaze access doors and access drawers have a lifetime warranty against any defects in manufacturing and workmanship.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
