Each module comes with the cutouts already installed for the appliances and doors / drawers. Simply stand the panels up and bolt together, and you are ready to apply your choice of finish materials. Cement board tops included, and will require trimming to the perfect fit at the time of countertop installation. Cement board is not required when using solid surface countertops. Signature modules are specifically designed and engineered to withstand even the harshest of elements with minimal maintenance required. This 60-inch Outdoor Kitchen Module includes a Blaze Professional LUX 44-inch natural gas grill and a door & triple drawer combo.
The Blaze Professional LUX 44-inch natural gas grill cooking system includes four cast 304 stainless steel H-burners, which provide 18,000 BTUs each for a total of 72,000 BTUs on the cooking surface. The heavy-duty, 12mm, stainless steel Searing Rods have a hexagonal shape to help you achieve even heat distribution, maximize durability, and provide 797 square inches of main grilling area. Slow-roast delicious meat or fruit using the 10,000 BTU infrared rear burner and included rotisserie kit with waterproof motor for grilling versatility, and when you are done, you can store the rotisserie rod behind the grill on the storage hooks. The removable 253 square inch warming rack is an ideal place to keep bread and other food heated while you grill. The Push & Turn Flame-Thrower w/ Backup Flashtube & Crossover Channels for each burner ensure a steady, reliable flame with every start. The stainless steel heat zone separators allow for different cooking zones across the grilling surface and help eliminate wasting heat and fuel, which no grill master should ever tolerate. This also adds to your grilling experience, creating separate zones that can be used for different styles of cooking. The Professional LUX flame tamers uses 12-gauge, stainless steel perforated grids that practically eliminate flare-ups no matter what is on the menu. The grill rounds out with its Grease Control system, a luxury touch that should not be overlooked. The full-width, roll-out drip tray and removable Lower Heat Baffles make cleaning a breeze. Interior grill lights along with the signature red LED Illuminated Control System let you grill and wow your guests all night. The double-lined, 304 stainless steel grill hood is designed to retain heat, protect the outer layer from heat discoloration, and look downright good. The Blaze 39-inch door & triple drawer combo is the perfect place to store BBQ tools, accessories, and anything else you need to keep close during cookouts. The drawers even have lights to make finding your tools easier! The access door, meanwhile, gives you a direct point of access to your natural gas or water lines for maintenance and safety. Its soft close hinges prevent the door from slamming shut, protecting it from being damage by being closed too hard. BBQGuys Signature Ready for Finish Outdoor Kitchen Modules
BBQGuys Signature provides and limited ten (10) year residential warranty against defects in manufacturing and workmanship on the galvanized steel framing of the Outdoor Kitchen Module. Labor is not included.

Blaze Outdoor Kitchen Equipment
Blaze gas grills and side burners have a lifetime warranty against and defects in the manufacturing and workmanship on the control valves, cooking grids, stainless steel housing, stainless steel burners, flame tamers, heat zone separators, and all other stainless steel components. Side burner control valves are warrantied for fifteen (15) years. All electrical and ignition components are covered for one (1) year after the date of purchase. Grills must be registered within thirty (30) days for the warranty to apply.
Blaze access doors and access drawers have a lifetime warranty against any defects in manufacturing and workmanship.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
