I've owned Weber grills for 40 years … I am disappointed with my most recent Genesis Grill purchase … the quality is slipped dramatically from my last purchase 5-7 years ago; the grill is not well built and robust, but lighter in weight and "cheaper". Weber grills used to be the best available, seems that other manufacturers are now offer better products.

I really like the grill but had a small problem with the one of the burners not lighting. Called Weber and together we got it fixed. A matter of things were not lined up quite right. Works great now

This is our fourth Weber grill in 26 years. Would only be the third if we hadn't opted for gas instead of charcoal. We just wear them out with use but I wouldn't buy the cheaper grills. Essentially the gas grills lasted almost 12 years each so we've gotten our moneys worth out of every one of them.

I love this grill. Good storage, flexible cooktops, and Weber control with the electronic thermostat. I switch between grill and skillet regularly. One issue - the graphics on the sail plate faded after a few months. But Weber was quick to replace it. Hoping mine was the exception.

This is my 3rd Weber grill over the last 20 years. The only reason I needed a new one this time, is the high winds took my grill for a tumble. There's not a better grill, for the money then a Weber!

My nearly new Genesis gas grill was damaged in a wind gust. Weber properly identified the correct parts for my most recent grill and had them shipped to me within a few days.

Hi Rob. The Weber Quick Disconnect hose will include everything your licensed gas installer will need.

The Smart Connect module can either be powered plugged into standard outlet or with a separately purchased rechargeable battery pack connecting to the module's USB-C port. Weber advises that you use your battery pack's USB-A port to connect to the module's USB-C port.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
