| My family's favorite post oakI bury a piece under my lump charcoal in my kamado. My family loves the amount of smoky goodness it imparts in my best briskets and pork baby back ribs. My wife does not like an overly smoky flavor but loves the brisket and ribs I have turned out. Next meat to try with this is our Thanksgiving Turkey on a rotisserie (in the kamado).
