The One (1) Year Limited Warranty applies to purchases made from authorized retailers of SharkNinja Operating LLC. Warranty coverage applies to the original owner and to the original product only and is not transferable. SharkNinja warrants that the unit shall be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase when it is used under normal household conditions and maintained according to the requirements outlined in the Owner's Guide. Labor not included.

I have been so pleasantly surprised and thrilled with my Woodfire grill! I can smoke meat with a really good flavor in a fraction of the time I'd spend doing it on a big smoker. I am super low-effort a cook and have really enjoyed being able to have a very tasty smash burger or smoked chicken in no time. I highly recommend!!

I have made the most tender and best tasting ribs on my new Ninja Woodfire Pro Connect XL Outdoor Grill, in my life! The phone app stayed connected wherever I was in my house and notified me when the desired temperature was reached! The Ninja phone app has several preset temperature probe settings that make it easy to use. Easy cleanup too!

This little bad boy is incredible. I have a big Green Egg, gas grill, and charcoal Weber and The Ninja literally smokes them all. I had a Traeger but couldn't stand the microwave texture and poor smoke quality of the meat, gave it away for free. The Ninja was super easy to use, requires minimal amount of pellets but provided good smoke taste. We smoked bone in chicken thighs x 30" at 300* and tasted better than my Green Egg with a slight chared edge to the chicken. I am very impressed. Also, The Ninja is small and doesn't require a lot of space. The only negative is you cant smoke on this for a large party, but perfect for a small family during the week.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
