I bought this grill in 2015. I like the way it cooks. I have had to replace most of the internal components but that is to be expected considering how long I have been using it.

We got this grill as a Christmas gift for ourselves. The first thing we noticed was how heavy duty it is and how well it is made. We picked the Baron after extensive research of many other grills. The features, quality of construction, and the grilling design won out and we have not been disappointed. So far just steaks and burgers but come summertime we plan to do much more.

I really like this grill, I gave up on Weber grills, to expensive, this was a good price and gets the job done. I like the fact that burners run vertically, gives you more control of the heat.

This is the third Broil King that I have owned. They have all worked good. I replaced the burner on one that got me another year. Don't think you can buy a better barbeque for the price you pay.

I bought this barbecue last summer and wanted to make sure that I used it many times before writing a review. This is my third Broil King and like the other ones this unit is great. The only reason I've had three is because they are natural gas and when I sold my previous houses, the buyers wanted the bbq. Otherwise I may still be using the first one. Highly recommend Broil King.

I've owned my Broil King BBQ for over 6 years. It is hooked up to natural Gas and has never failed me. This is truly the best barbecue I've ever owned. I've had many of the big brands but if you're looking for consistent heat and high heat especially for grilling you just can't beat a broil King.. In the eight years I've only had to replace the thermometer and the battery operated starter switch. That's truly amazing. I do take care of my things but considering the amount of high heat this barbecue generates in excess of 700 Fahrenheit it's awesome that it stays together.

I purchased this grill more than a year ago, much more a matter of fact and I just have to say that this grill is by far the best working unit I have ever gotten. This grill has never failed to light on the first is second push of igniter and it cooks pretty evenly,so yes I am very happy!!!

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).
- We'll specify which process you can expect in your shipping confirmation email.
For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
