We had an outdoor kitchen put in and bought everything from BBQ guys. Customer service is amazing! Very happy with this grill and all our additional products.

My 13 y/o Weber Genesis was a better grill. First Design flaw is that the flame tamer bars are too close to the grill (cooking surface). Any dripping fat that hits the flame tamer bars quickly catches on fire. Result is charred food. Second design flaw is that the burner heat distribution is not uniform. The burners run hotter on the end versus the gas inlet side. This creates a heat gradient and difficulty in controlling temperature. There is no way to adjust (that i know of). Third design flaw is that the burner turndown isn't sufficient. Even at low fire, the temperature of the burners is too hot. Fourth design flaw is that the thermometer is not positioned to get an accurate temperature reading given the sharp slope of the grill hood. It looks good, but cooking on it isn't the most enjoyable. I'm still trying to figure it out, but initial impression is poor.

I really like cooking on this grill. Plenty of space, very even heat, easy to control. The rubber grips on the control knobs all cracked and fell off in just a couple of months. They were replaced at no charge but I don't expect the replacements to last any longer. My biggest complaint is that the drip tray fills up with water every time it rains. I usually keep the cover on the grill, but sometimes you just have to cook in the rain or it starts raining after a cook and before the grill cools down.

I purchased this 10 months ago and the following failures occurred: -All 4 gas knob gaskets cracked and pealed off -Grill lights worked for only a few days -regulator delivered improper fuel mix so grill easily overheats

Best grill I've ever owned. Used my first least 3 times a week for 7 and a 1/2 years. It survived a 30 foot fall off of my Deck. Do to a cat 5 hurricane. Cleaned it up. Straightened up some sheet metal on the cart and it fired right back up. After 7 and a 1/2 years, the burners were only lighting the front half. The fire guards had worn out. Was going to order new parts? Until I realized I could not get the burners out without damaging the grill. The Cotter pins holding the back of the burners were welded in place after so long. Assembly instructions when you get the box. Are sketchy at the best? And I didn't know that the Cotter pants were only there for shipping and I should have taken them out. I now have a new blaze grill with the cotterpions taken out of the back of the burners I now have a new blaze grill with the Cotter pins taken out of the back of the burners. Should be the last grill I ever buy.

Nothing like spending thousands of dollars on a grill and having the cheap garbage knob turns fall off after literally half of one grilling season. Every single one of them. Total garbage.

I bought this grill due to the description that it's all stainless steel and that it will be the last grill you will ever buy. Well it's not 100% stainless steel I had mine for 5 years under a covered patio since day one the flame tamers are very rusted now. The tube where you can light if the spark knob isn't working has rusted and came apart. Not to mention the light fixtures I hope never go out because I'd never would be able to remove the rusted screws. Everything else is still good and I got to say it does put out some intense heat which is a big plus for big steaks .

I bought this grill in June of 2022. About 6 months later I needed to have knobs replaced. Now I sit here 16 months later needing to replace burners. Again, it is good when it works, but this is something not easy to work on and not something I want to have to deal with so regularly.

I purchased this grill to replace a 20 year old Frontgate grill that I just loved to grill on but it reached its expiration date so I had to replace it....This grill was smaller than my old grill however it has been an equal in quality and cookability. I would recommend this grill for sure. One caution the cart is very hard to assemble with very little to no help from a direction standpoint. That part sucked.....

The grill itself is great, I was disappointed with the length of the propane hose, as I had to buy an extension just to reach the bottle. Which is stored right by its side .
Questions & Answers
Hi Scott. Each of the side shelves of the Blaze cart are 11 inches, bringing the width to about 34 inches.
Asked by Scott | Answered by ScottHi Tom. The Blaze grill head will simply slide into the cart, being supported by the flanges around the grill. These will sit upon the top of the cart frame.
Asked by Tom | Answered by TomHi Adam. This grill does not come assembled. We do work in partnership with Handy to offer assembly at a reduced price. You can ask your salesperson for the information: 877-743-2269
Asked by Adam | Answered by AdamHi, Jay. There is a rotisserie kit for the Blaze LTE and for the 32" model it would be this one: https://www.bbqguys.com/blaze/rotisserie-kit-for-32-inch-charcoal-4-burner-gas-grills-blz-34-rotis-ss
Asked by Jay | Answered by JayHi, Dan. The Blaze LTE does require plug-in power to run the lights and the optional rotisserie motor.
Asked by Dan | Answered by DanHi, Matt. The hose included with the Blaze LTE Propane Grill is 18-inches. We have other propane hoses with available up to 10-feet long.
Asked by Matt | Answered by MattHi, Sandy. The cutout height will include counter top materials. Your stone mason will follow the counter top cut outs for the grill, but the grill is supported by the flanges on the sides and back of the grill. Granite should not be cut before the mason has access to the products.
Asked by Sandy | Answered by SandyHi Wendy. A vent hood should be used if using this grill underneath a covered area.
Asked by Wendy | Answered by WendyWe have it installed in a covered lanai at the end with screens behind and to the right of it. It does get smokey - especially silly with beef at high heat. I does think a good will help. I installed a Wall fan which does a good job blowing the smoke out of the lanai.
Asked by Wendy | Answered by WendyNo, I do not feel like you would need a vented hood.
Asked by Wendy | Answered by WendyNot sure if I'm the one who should be answering this. If there is plenty of ventilation, then I would say you don't need a ventilation hood. If your concerned or not sure, then yeah, go ahead an install one. Not sure if I was much help. Good luck.
Asked by Wendy | Answered by WendyYou will need 4" clearance behind grill to fully open lid Hal Harkala
Asked by Mike | Answered by MikeHi Mike. You need 5" behind the grill for the lid to open fully.
Asked by Mike | Answered by MikeI don't have a need for one. It works well as is.
Asked by Lourdes | Answered by LourdesI haven't put a jacket but make sure that it has good ventilation around. Thanks Sumeet
Asked by Lourdes | Answered by LourdesMy understanding is that it does if it is mounted in combustible materials e.g. wood. I built my outdoor kitchen with steel studs, surfaced with HardieBacker topped with manufactured stone and granite countertop without the insulated jacket and have had no issues. BTW, the grill is great! I replaced the left burner with the infrared searing burner which is very useful for grilling steaks or burgers on reduced heat or reverse searing meats that have been slow cooked on the other sections of the grill.
Asked by Lourdes | Answered by LourdesHi Lourdes. You will need an insulated jacket if you are installing it into a cabinet/island made with combustible materials.
Asked by Lourdes | Answered by LourdesIf you are using wood frame construction then yes, you are required according to fire/building codes in most states to use the insulating jacket. If you are using masonry, brick, or steel studs then no, the insulating jacket is not required. Hope this helps

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).
- We'll specify which process you can expect in your shipping confirmation email.
For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
