I had bought a charcoal grill and I put half of the small bag of coal and it melted the legs they send a replacement and it did the same thing so I just stocked to the electric grill is a little better

Easy to put together. Great price for an outdoor pizza oven. Allows for one 12inch pizza at a time. Easy to clean and maintain. Very durable materials. Covered oven allows for easy use with a pizza peel. No safety concerns. Does take some trial and error to make the perfect pizza.

This is one amazing product. It is very sturdy and super easy to put together. I myself put it together in less than ten minutes!! No tools needed! How awesome is that!!! It runs into a full size prep table. Has storage underneath in the cabinet doors. It's easy to hook up propane tank. And it's super easy to swap it out from the prep table to the cook top too. The cook top heats up fast and easy to start and clean. Make sure to season it first. That's easy too. Cooks meals to perfection. I am so beyond happy with this product. I would recommend this to anyone. If you need a new cooking unit look no further this is it.

Really sturdy and robust grill. I'm impressed by the outside material of this. It's amazing that it's modular with other products from the brand. I can keep the prep cart in my yard, which is quite heavy, and if I want to take the smoker out to a park, I can simply remove it and fit it in my car. My only complaint is that the metal cooktop has some marks on it. I don't even know what it is, but it's visible from the picture. There were some other areas that looked scratched too.

Wow this grill and prep cart quality is amazing! The grill itself came fully assembled and the prep cart was easy to put together. It's a little heavy and feels sturdy. I like that the ash tray is removable so it's cleaning is a breeze. This grill set is on the pricier side but you get what you pay for. Highly recommend

Grill itself came fully assembled. Cart I had to put together but it was super easy and I didn't have to do a single screw. Heated like a standard grill would, perfect for the family of 2 that I have. Top is super portable. And the rolling cart is nice. It's pricy though, I'm not sure why so expensive, costs more than a blackstone of that size lol but it is very nice and I'm very thankful.

Just received my TYTUS pizza oven with Grill and Prep Cart from Influenster!🫶 the set comes in 2 separate pieces' the oven on top and the cart below. Assembly was super easy-no tools needed-and i managed to put it together all by myself without my husband's help. It only took about 30 minutes which was much faster than i expected. The design is sturdy and convenient for outdoor cooking and the side shelves give extra space for preparing food. It looks fantastic in backyard and makes pizza with family and friends even more fun. 🍕🫶✨👍

I'm obsessed with this design! We just turfed our yard, and this fit perfectly on the pavers. The assembly was by far the easiest. Since it's a griddle type grill, cleaning it was so much easier and the prep cart gave so much room to store everything/ use on top. I love that we can take the griddle off and use that on the go, as we camp a lot. This is so versatile for me and my family. We just did burgers tonight and loved how they turned out! So easy to use!

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
